Stepping Stones: Blended families and bonus parenting at its best.
For all of our blended families out there, you know all about alternating, compromising and adjusting for holidays and life. Quick reminder to make the best of it, you want a big solid team helping raise your kids and grandkids in a healthy way even if it doesn’t mean you always get your way, don’t be selfish or threatened, support and be loyal to your co parents, never talk badly about co parents to kids (or anyone really), don’t let your kids (or parents, other ex’s, attorneys) play you against each other, if you have an issue or something seems off talk directly with your co parents, welcome your ex’s new loves into the family including them, make room, know there’s enough love for everyone and keep your kids out of the bs (no matter how old they are).
Culture 'In: Catching a Heathy Culture at Work and Home
Culture' In: Catching a Healthy Culture at Work and Home: Is meant to provide a ground experience driven perspective on what makes culture flourish - within businesses, families, and the virial space between them. With over 50 years of combined observation and facilitation and leadership across diverse environments, we've identified the reoccurring patterns that built trust, foster resilience and promote meaningful shared successes. This book is for those committed to creating environments where values are not merely discussed but actively lived. The title Culture 'In reflects our belief that culture is never static it is dynamic, every evolving, and deeply participatory. It's not something you establish once and walk away from; it's something you inhibit, share, and are continuously shaped by. The phrase "common sense" speaks to our convictions that strong cultures aren't' built on complexity. they're rooted in clarity, consistency and care, applied intentionally across both professional and personal spears.
